Incredibly funny and carrying a great theme about human interaction and togetherness; a theme challenge when the Joker, Batman’s nemesis, brings a new threat to Gotham City. This incoming threat cannot be saved by Batman alone as he will need to learn how to work with his colleagues as a team.

In this entertaining version, the viewer meets with Batman once again; a character that is beloved by many for all of the mythology surrounding the character while staying faithful to the franchise in a way that is fun for kids. The film truly celebrates the iconic character and it touches on the great potential this film has when uniting the Batman persona as it resonates with the history of the comics and all of his super villains.

From start to finish, you will laugh until you cry for the amount of funny jokes – both for kids and adults – a movie that is perfect to watch with the family. The film takes us to Batman, Gotham’s prime vigilante and a man who has everything; fame, money, respect, which at times the film portrays him as a villain. This is because of Batman’s way of thinking at times butts with his hero persona while continuing to fall into a deeper and darker examination of who Batman really is. The film has layers and depth – it is visual, emotional, captivating with tons of action and laughter.

THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE revolves around Batman, Gotham’s protector who has saved the city numerous times, yet has left him in deep solitude. The film allows the viewer to comprehend why Batman needs a Robin, an Alfred, and in general, a family that helps him learn and face his fears.

Batman lives motivated to fight crime and defeat his archenemies and leaves us in amazement as he fights the same supervillains that we remember from past films in the Batman franchise.

The Joker is by far the best in the film as he constantly interacts with Batman in situations that are filled with comedy mixed with chaos and anarchy which divides the groups into heroes and villains and leaves the viewer surprised and filled with laughter.

THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE treats their characters very well and fills them with joy while making fun of them and parodying their own eccentricities and most well known characteristics.

LEGO created a successful formula, finding a sport between the great productions of super hero animations and it exploits them in a rich manner as it anchors both animated worlds from Lego to Batman. It’s a wonderful movie for adults and kids and it is very well balanced.

THE LEGO BATMAN MOVIE is meant to be seen more than once for thousands of reasons including that the production fully understands the myth behind Batman and the city, its heroes and super villains which are known to the viewer while providing a radical change to the animation alongside the colors utilized, lighting which reflects the same feelings. LEGO is a human production while being innovative and risky. It is filled with magic, emotion, laughter and it takes us from the world of capes and gowns and immerses us in the block world that leaves a fantastic new experience.

Its creators accomplished a great film and met a successful goal; uniting both the LEGO and Batman franchise.

Produced in the United States – it premiered in 2017 at 104 minutes in length and directed by Chris McKay, written by Seth Grahame-Smith, Chris McKenna, Erik Sommers, Jared Stern and John Wittington and its voices are created by Will Arnett, Rosario Dawsoon, Ralph Fiennes, Michael Cera and Zach Galafanakis. An animated Lego feature has been well received by ciritics and its an adventure you cannot miss.
